I have ryzen 7 3700x, gtx 1070, 16gb ram 3733mhz, w10 64bit, webcam razer kijo. Monitor 1440p 144hz LG27gl850
My setting for 720p and 60fps are:
Encoding: nvenc (new).. I dont know if better x264
CBR
4500/5000 Kbps (my speed is 950/190mb)
Key frame: 2
Preset: quality
Profile: main
Look ahead: no
Psycho visual tuning: yes
Gpu: 0
B frame max: 2.
I see with modern warfare lag and stuttering, not always but when i run in game or change visual around i see lag. On my statistics in obs all is ok. Fps lose, green indicator etc...
I have 2 monitor. On lg i play game and on asus vg248qe i see my streaming, alerts etc... I link my last stream so you can see the problem. Ah... If i see with phone all is good and in preview on my asus i not see much lag but when i finish stream and after see my stream on pc with lg i see stuttering.
With my setting what are the best settings? Thanks.
