Question / Help OBS Stream stutters

Hi,

I know this is a common and frequently asked question but I really tried a lot of stuff and I still can't find out what the problem is. As the title implies, even if in the preview or even in my iPad the stream looks fine and smooth, my friends tell that it actually stutters every minute or so and stops for around 5 secs.

I own an Alienware 17 with GeForce GTX 770M and i7-4700MQ @ 2.40GHz, with 16 GB of RAM and Windows 8.1 Pro.

As for the internet connection I have 100Mbps for download speed and 10Mbps for upload.

The log was too large. At a glance I just saw tons of "RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Stalled for 1575 ms to write 397400 bytes (buffer: 0 / 400384), unstable connection?" lines, perhaps that's the issue ?

Edit: It seems it's either a bad server location that's preventing me from using my bandwidth or an upload problem on my end. I have the Paris server selected since it's the closest to where I live (Madrid, Spain). I'll try to switch to the one in London.
