Question / Help OBS Stream fps drop like hell, help setup plsss

Hey guys

Can you guys help me, im at LanEvent right now. And i get really huge fps drop, my specs is:

i7-5820K
99s sli plus
16 GB ddr4 2400 mhz
2x970 MSI
1000 Watt

So plz if you guys have any setups, plz throw it at me, just need best quality ever :)
