OBS Stops Working when used for a long time

I have been experiencing this painful malfunction by my obs studio for months now, but no youtube video or post could solve that.
Every time am using OBS for Reaction video, it actually works fine sometimes, but when I use it for a long time (hours), Its Starts ducking my audio and the video I am reacting to on Youtube On chrome would lose its audio or becomes noisy sometimes. My Issue is why is my voice ducking and why is Internal audio cutting off, after using OBS for a very long time. So I decided to get an OBS logFile of what happened, who can analyze it

1. Using Windows Update, update Windows 10 to 2004 or 20H2/09 if available. Your version of Windows is no longer supported.
2. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
3. You have less than 1 GB of RAM available after starting OBS. Close any other programs browser tabs that you don't use.
4. Display Capture is a last resort. Build your scene with Window/Video Device Capture.
