OBS stops recording at a scene at the beginning of a video(the recording is still active but nothing gets recorded after that)

I am facing a recent issue where OBS stops recording at a scene in the video. The recording button is still active and when I stop recording & watch the output only the beginning is recorded and video shows still scene for the rest of the duration until the end of recording.
I started a recording at 17:50 & stopped the recording at 17:58 but in the output only ~3 minutes of video was recorded and thereafter the screen showed the still scene.

it seems the issue is at

Can someone help with this error log. Also, I have just updated OBS to latest release.
