Some games I stream (Solasta: Crown of the magister at the moment) cut the audio when I make the fullscreen or windowed mode inactive. I would like to know if there is a way to tie shortkey commands to a specific app like OBS when that app is inactive.
Its like a global Windows shortcut aimed at a shortcut inside a specific application. Start/Stop the stream for example, when the OBS window is inactive.
