Question / Help OBS Settings (need help)

I'm using OBS for live streaming and when I'm streaming i have problem.
My game is lagging and my stream is laggin too.

Upload Speed:

Pc Specs:

• Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 3570 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.80 GHz
• Graphics: NVIDIA GeForge GTX 659 Ti

I've watched many videos for OBS Settings but still I'm lagging with all of them...

Anyone can help me?
