Question / Help OBS Settings for recording [Freezes/Frames skipping]

Hi!
I'm currently looking for the best settings for my computer but I can't find them.

CPU : Intel Core i5 4690 3,4 gHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce Gigabyte GTX 780 3GB Ghz Edition
RAM : 8GB

I tried a lot of settings and tutorials on youtube but everytime when I'm trying to record the game skips frames.

I have to mention that I'm currently playing on a monitor of 144hz and I was trying to record in 60 frames 1080p.

What settings should I use?

I still have the same problem. The frames are still around 200 but when I'm moving the mouse the game is freezing.

Last time when I've found good settings, the game was moving perfect but the recording in slow motion and with freezes.

I see a lot of warnings there...

Well, something is happening because I can see the diference between recording and the simple game without OBS.
