Question / Help OBS seems to constantly crash after 5 - 10 minutes

Basically OBS is crashing every 5 - 10 minutes or so.. I'm trying to stream on twitch, but i'm brand new to this so please bare with me on this. If you need any specifics on my settings i'll gladly post them if requested, other then that, heres the crash report. Also i'm trying to stream on about a 2.5MB upload speed.
