Question / Help OBS Screen Dissapearing?

So I have been recording with OBS for awhile and there is a weird glitch happening that is bugging me. I will start to record and the window for OBS will dissapear. Im not talking it is minimized. Im talking it straight up vanishes. This wouldn't be so bad, if it wasnt for 2 things :

1. I can't open it back up because it is recording (its recording as I type but I cant see or stop it with hotkeys)
2. I have to resart my pc everytime this happens.

This hasn't happened before and I haven't done anything major to OBS besides set it up for streaming. I am not streaming on twitch so its not that. Someone please help me!

After you restart, load OBS back up and upload us the last log file please:

Oh and instead of restarting your PC, have you checked your task manager, can you close OBS there?
