OBS recordings lags.

Hello, since a couple of days ago, I noticed that my recordings are really laggy, even if I'm just recording my screen. I tried reinstalling OBS and changing some options but still, the recordings are the same.
I'm recording in 60FPS 1080P, as my native resolution, mp4 output and 14 QPC.
I used to record without any problem in 1080p 60fps (H264), all my drivers are updated and I didn't change anything to make the recording so laggy, I've also tried recording in 30FPS and seems like the recording is a little bit smoother, but still lags a lot.
Here are my specs:
Ryzen 3 3200G (Vega 8)
RAM DDR4 3200Mhz
B450 MSI Max Gaming Plus
480GB SSD

You are loosing more than 50% of all frames due to encoding lag. So "really laggy" is so to say, lovely spoken. =D
Start with quality target 22 (or even more) and go down to 30fps.
Your cpu has to handle all the things itself...

Oh alright, just tried that and it's smooth; but it's still pretty strange, I used to have the same settings and I didn't lose all those frames while encoding months ago.
