Question / Help OBS recording with low fps

Hello everyone!

I used to record my desktop + my webcam alot.. had no problems at all for very long time (1 year)
And now i trying to record and all my videos are coming out with low fps..

My pc specs:
GTX 1070
16 RAM
i7-8700

My cpu and gpu usage at the recording time is no more than 30%
12gb free ram from 16gb
i really dont know what happened..
(Yes, i record all the time with 55kbps)

Please somone help me.. i cant make more videos :(

According to the logs, the recordings are perfect.

But, you're using 2 monitors with different refresh rates. Windows 10 currently has an issue when having multiple monitors connected to the same gpu running at different refresh rates. The only current workaround is to run both at the same refresh rate (i.e. 60 to match your lower monitor).

There is hopefully a fix coming in the 2004 windows update, but that's still in the pipe.
