Hi everyone,
I have a i7 9700k with a gtx 1070.
Whenever I stream or record anything my game is fine with great fps but my stream/recording stutters. This issue happens with both xsplit and OBS. I have tried a complete reinstall of windows and only have OBS and my game installed.
I have checked the log files and it keeps saying attempting to hook process: RainbowSix.exe / capture stopped
