Question / Help OBS Recording lags in Frames???

Ive been recording lately with OBS and everytime i finish and check the recording it comes up good, then goes Frame by frame, then freezes with the audio still good, then it repeats. I dont think its my PC due to me having a very good PC that can easily record games. I can get 60 FPS in the game while recording but then when i check the recording i only get 12 FPS or lower
