Question / Help OBS Recording Freezing

After a couple of seconds of recording my OBS freezes, I have tried changing the settings around but nothing works. I have tried uninstalling it and installing it but that didn't work. If you need to see how it freezes I will post it. Here's my settings:

Your cpu cannot handle the settings you are using, set fps to 30 and downscale resolution until you get a smooth video.
