Question / Help OBS Recording Comes Out in Different Colors then the Game.

I need help with a problem when i record. when i am recording the video on the software it is fine but when the video is done it comes out it the wrong colors. the colors are almost black and white and there is no volume. can anyone help me with this??
 
If it's happening in the OBS preview window, you have something major going on wrong in your system.
