Hi guys,i just downloanded OBS and made some settings,in recordings i have no lag but when i stream on hitbox.tv the stream freeze from second to second,but i don't have lag on my PC.Can you help me with some settings?.Thanks.

I had no lag recording on 1080p 60FPS on Sleepnig Dogs Max settinngs,Minecraft high settings,Watch Dogs High Settings.
P.S.:One more problem:I record at 1080 p but when i play my video is 480p,i render it with Cyberlink power director 11 but it's still 480p in my PC and on youtube.
