OBS problem with game

So I was trying to stream league of legends and when i have obs open not even streaming my game just dies my fps goes to 0 ONLY WHEN THE GAME GOES TO THE CLIENT LEAGUE OF LEGENDS FULL SCREEN . I have streamed in the past with no problem until I recently updated my obs to the newest version. I reinstalled obs and changed settings nothing seem to work and LOL is the only game this happens to I did notice when i lunched other game it would lag at the beginning but no much like league.

I just notice my game only lags when im in the game and I game capture league it lags

it seems riot/vanguard need to update there "game capture hook"

same issue, only happened relatively recently. Even when i stop the recording it lags ridiculously (if you can call 0fps lag even) and resolves completely when i quit obs.
