OBS Pixelation/Quality Help

Hello!

I'm currently having an issue where my stream just doesn't look as good as I want it to be even after upgrading the parts I thought would help increase the quality.

I currently run a two pc setup feeding the video from my gaming pc to my streaming pc with an Elgato 4K MK.2

My specs are :

Gaming PC :
i7 10700K
32GB RAM
RTX 3080

Streaming PC :
AMD RYZEN 9 5950X
32GB RAM
GTX 1080

On my Elgato I run 1080HDR at 144hz
with my OBS running at

x264 (slow) preset
8000 bitrate
keyframe 2

936p downscale from 1920x1080
lanczos filter
60 fps

I stream the game Rust mainly so I know with the grass/trees and foliage etc that the pixelation isn't exactly going to be completely gone but I just don't think my stream should look as bad as it does whilst running around in grass, so I'm sort of just looking for any tips or settings that anyone knows that I could maybe mess around and change <3

All help is appreciated <3

Thanks,
Mark :)
