Question / Help OBS Picking up stuff that it should not. Help

So It just happened randomly, Before i would Game capture or window mode, and if i put another window over top it would not detect the other window, Now though if i have over lapping windows this happens. (See Picture)

you can now see what i put over my game or anything. so it is a but frustrating. does anyone have a fix for this? also since this has happened frame rates and games have been choppy as all hell!

how do i post a log? i cant find a log folder anywhere or where to find the Logs in the OBS folder in my C: Drive

you mean ankhbot? use game capture ( dont use window capture )
