So here's what im running. Nvidia 2060, ryzen 5 3600XT, Im streaming my 2560x1440 screen but downscaling to 1920x1080. The only time I dont get massive lag on the twitch side of things is when I have it set to 30fps. Even the auto adjustment wizard says I should be able to stream at 60 no prob, which I have in the past. Any ideas as to why the stream is so bad? or what I could do to bump my fps without getting a super laggy video on twitch? Thanks
OBS only streams to twitch well at 30FPS...but my target is 60.

Please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
