OBS not sending separate audio tracks to separate vods

Trying to send a stream to youtube where only the game audio is being sent to yt via game capture audio being sent to vod track 2 and vod track 1 unselected. I have music playing for twitch stream running on vod track 1 and have track 2 unselected. But obs keeps sending the music to vod track 2 instead of 1 even tho i have track 1 selected and track 2 unselected. At least thats how it was said to do this. I have the music running from foobar using virtual audio cables on line 1.

Track 1 is the main track streaming services uses for the audio. So, anything on this track is saved on the VODs.
For Twitch track 2 can be used to listen to music (legal rights apply) and not being recorded on the VOD. This isn't meant for Youtube, so it can still be heard in there unless you use some plugin that allows you to select which track goes to each streaming service. In this case you should contact the dev of this plugin on how to correctly configure it.
