Hello,
It seems that you are trying to record from a laptop is that correct?
I'm not recommending recording a full 1080P 60 FPS video with an i7-4720HQ 2.60GHz.
Your video card should be enough.
Ram should be enough.
Have you made 1080P 60FPS video's before with this same setup?
