Obs Lag on while playing and also on recordings

I have a weird lag after playing for like 2 hours a game from ps4.I use el gato hd60s no windows 10,i play normally and after 30 minutes i can see the lag while im playing,of course i do record while i play,i played rockman 9 and that happen,it's weird since im not using software outside of obs to make the recordings it soppose to be better if i use console instead of a new game that ask too much pc and with obs and the game it will be bad,specially with games like visage,song of horror etc,that's why some of the latest games i try to use them on console.Now,i recently played batman return of the joker and i can see some lag in the video.
My Pc is:
Intel Core i5 8600k 2.6
Palit Geforce GTX 1660 6GB
16gb Ram 2400
Harddrive:First one i use 2tb Black,the other one is a blue one 2tb aswell
