Question / Help Obs lag and in game lag while recording help!!

so I currently just got my new Pc the asus g20 GTX 970 and I downloaded obs and steam... I downloaded H1Z1 and I decide to record gameplays and so... After I set the encoding and settings I started to record and when I was recording I was lagging In game and on obs... When I don't have obs on the game runs perfectly but when I'm recording or previewing the stream it just lags the game help please

It could be that the game is trying to use too much cpu.

Playing with vsync enabled or disabled?
