I keep trying to stream league and my obs will first just lower the upload speed to really low and then just crash also before lowering fps or dropping fps as well. I dont know why my other computer which was worse actually streamed better than this new gaming computer, and i dont know if it my settings or what i can upload one of those reports?

I mean it will first lower the bitrate to like 700 and than drop fps than when I press stop streaming the program goes not responding. This didn't happen a month or 2 ago so maybe could a DNS server cause throttling problems? Was there anything wrong with the settings that could cause the lower in upload. I have 5 mb/s upload 50 mb/s download.
