Question / Help OBS is stopping recording

I own a personal YouTube channel and wanted a new screen recorder, so I tried OBS, I downloaded it installed it and started recording, the only problem is that for whatever reason, OBS records 1 second and then freezes the recording, I don't know how to fix the issue and I would love some help with it
 
I read the thread on the link, however this has not fixed the issue, according to what OBS says, there should be no problem, but when I start recording, streaming or previewing, it freezes
