I recently tried to stream Path of Exile 2 and noticed almost instantly noticed that my OBS/recording was stuttering/lagging. Oddly enough it wasn't just when I was streaming, it was if I had PoE2 and OBS opened at the same time regardless of being live or not. I have not had this issue with any other games up until this point. I checked my task manager and nothing is out of the ordinary ( i believe my GPU is typically maxed out?). I saw a thread somewhere stating it could have something to do with my refresh rate? I also tried tweaking some of my OBS settings and disabled multi-pass, look-ahead, and psychovisual, but nothing seemed to click. Attached below will be my specs and OBS settings.
