OBS is Crashing on Startup

I have tried everything and cant figure it out. I cant even pull my scenes and profiles in an export before doing a hard re-install. This is my fll-time job so I really need help. Please look at this crash log and help me figure out what to do.

Yes my PC is up to date with windows and yes I have tried uninstall and reinstall, just not the full version that deletes profiles and scenes and such. Help is much appreciated.

Update: I have also disabled HAGS

StreamFX plugin is causing the crash. Updated it or completelly remove it.

I did and did and did lol. It has been completely removed and same errors. Heres the updated log showing it

The streamFX plugin is still present.
