Hi I am a little confused at OBS right now, while streaming the game it was brought to my attention from a viewer that the fps is not smooth, I have the fps overlay on stream on so I can see my fps all the time and I am anywhere from 30+ to 60+ depending on the area, mostly averaging 40 in the overworld but OBS is capturing LESS then 30 fps a lot of times. I am using game capture with fullscreen, I don't recall OBS ever doing this with any other game and I don't understand why it is capturing at LESS frames then the game itself.
