Hi, I'm hoping someone can help with this weird issue I'm having. For the last couple of years I've used the following set up to capture footage for youtube and had no problems. However I've recently changed to a monitor and am experiencing some weird issues with OBS! My original set up was a - DELL Inspiron 15 7000 series, an Xbox one x, 40 inch Samsung 4k TV and a Aver Media Live gamer GC553 4k capture card. With this set up i could capture really good quality footage with no issues!! However I have since swapped out my 4K TV for a LG UK 650 4k monitor. Ever since i have done this, the image i get in OBS seems to be bouncing up and down, and when I record the footage is really bad quality and is lagging all over.....however on my actual monitor i have no issues what so ever!
Any ideas on how to fix this or what could be causing the issues in OBS?
Please note the xbox and monitor plug into the capture card via HDMI and then a USB wire connects the laptop to the capture card. (not sure if this info helps)
