OBS hangs my GPU, kills anything that is utilizing it quite a bit, then crashes. "Your graphics may not be supported."

I obtained "Bad NV12 texture handling detected!","Failed to create buffer, Device reason 887A0006" and "D3D11 GPU priority setup failed (not admin?)" which may be the issues.

I tried deleting the appdata folder, and starting as admin to no avail.

Specs:
i7-2600
RX 580
16GB DDR3 1333/1666 mixed ram (CL11)
600W PSU
240GB SSD
2TB HDD (Where OBS is stored)

It may also be a messed up sector, because the HDD is going bad.

Also unrelated, but it also makes the Windows media player look like a hide and seek, where you seek the buttons to play stuff and etc.

Your computer is too old to properly run current versions of OBS. It isn't clear if some component has become defective (the "22:15:08.891: Device Removed Reason: 887A0006" in your log is a sign of bad video hardware) or if just the drivers are too old.

I'm suspecting the GPU, because there was no OBS update in the last 2 days to my knowledge.
