OBS GPU usage spiking to 80-90% during stream

I've been struggling streaming due to the obs causing sudden spike usage. It used to worked just fine and it started couple of days ago. I thought it was my other program causing the lag so I moved it to iGPU, however I saw that it was the obs taking so much of my GPU. Help please.

All of your Media Sources are using Hardware Acceleration, only 2 or 3 of them in your Main Scene should be using it. It should be disabled for all others. This may be causing the spikes in GPU utilization......
