Question / Help OBS Game Capture doesn't show my Twitch Chat window

So I've recently started streaming, and spent about a week just configuring the channel!

Everything works well, except the chat window!

I can get it to work, but whenever I go back to my game on fullscreen - or windows - the chat window either doesn't show up (game capture), or another window is shown instead (when I use game capture but window frame). It only ever displays the chat correctly when I am minimized out of my game; as soon as I maximise the game, it disappears.

Any advice would be really appreciated.

PS. I am only using one monitor, which is why I tried running the game with windows frame for easier alt-tabbing - but it always ends up changing the 'window capture' to something OTHER than the chat window!

It's a windows 7 thing. and YES it MUST be enabled.

Aero is disabled

Aero seems to be disabled, consider enabling it unless using monitor capture.

Window capture with Aero disabled

You are using window capture with Aero disabled. This causes other windows placed on top of the capture window to show on the stream instead of only the selected window. It is recommended to enable Aero when using window capture to prevent this.
