I've been using OBS for a month or 2 now and streaming games like Final Fantasy 14 just fine, but today I got The Elder Scrolls Online, and I've been having some issues with it.
On the menu, character selection and character creation screens OBS chugs along just fine at 30FPS. When I'm inside a house, building or dungeon, the story is the same.
But the moment I go outside into the main world areas, OBS (and only OBS) plummets to 0-1 FPS.
The game itself continues to run just fine, but OBS just freezes and actions take forever (If I try to stop streaming for example, it'll take a good 10 seconds for OBS to register the click).
What's causing this? Is there a bug report thing I can copy-paste? I mean, OBS isn't crashing, it's just having a horrid FPS drop.
Is there a way to avoid this? The only advice people can seem to give me is to change streaming software, but I'd rather not lose all my scenes and have to remake everything.
