I use OBS to record locally, however I have this strange issue. The FPS counter when recording in the bottom right of OBS drops when there is high movement. This results in a stutter in the recording, it records at 30fps then as soon as there is a high amount of movement (for example I was recording Kerbal Space Program and moved the camera and the FPS dropped to 11) the FPS drops then goes back to 30.
