OBS failing to stream/record due to a new encoding error

Hello, I'm reletively new to the forums but have been having some issues with OBS lately and can't seem to find the source of my problem. I followed what other people did to fix similar issues, like reinstalling my Nvidia Drivers as well as a fresh install of OBS but haven't had any luck. I've been having OBS fail to start recording or stream and get the same error, NVENC Error: init_encoder: nv.nvEncInitializeEncoder(enc->session, params) failed: 8 (NV_ENC_ERR_INVALID_PARAM). I'm not really sure why this is happening, since earlier this week I was able to stream and record fine and haven't changed anything in OBS that should cause anything like this to happen. The only thing I can think of is that with a recent Windows update that may have changed things, but I haven't really found anything to confirm that yet.
