Question / Help Obs error/black screen while streaming

Im just setting everything up for the first time, everything seems to be working but im getting a warning in the broadcast setting tab. It says obs isnt optimized for twitch, recommend x264 encoding profile is "main" for this service.
But i go to the encoding tab an i have x264 selected
What am i doing wrong
