Question / Help OBS dropping frames when its just open and lower performance on stream after windows update

There's no stream/recording attempt in there, so can't tell if you're encountering rendering lag.

What it does show though is that you are attempting to perform game capture, window capture, and display capture all in the same scene. That will tank performance on its own.
