OBS detects mixer audio, but will not record it

I am trying to record from a TASCAM Model 12 mixer through USB to a Mac to make podcasts. The mixer is set up to 4 mics, but only the first mic is detected. When I start a recording, no audio comes through. I tested this through the Mac's built-in microphone, and the sound comes out fine. I had already looked through the forums and checked all my settings, and they should be working properly.

For clarification on the logs, when I tested the Model 12 and built-in individually, I lowered the decibels of one or the other to test their return.

Problem was fixed. Mixer was not outputting to main, which was confusing considering that the main also outputs to USB at the same time. Issue resolved.
