Problem:

When starting OBS my PC crashes and restarts or doesn't show display on both monitors.
  • Can take a few seconds of the application fully running to then crash my PC
  • The crash causes both displays to go black in which they have no signal from the PC
  • In some cases once OBS is launched it will drop the signal a few times before losing signal completely
  • In some cases the screen goES off due to no signal and after a few seconds the PC reboots
Issue that could be related:

Have updated Nvidia Broadcast Audio Effects and Video Effects to the latest version.

Steps I have currently taken:
  • Updated the graphics drivers to the latest version
  • Ran OBS in administrator mode
  • Unplugged one monitor and ran OBS
  • Have done a clean wipe of graphics drivers using DDU in safe mode
  • Have restarted the PC and ran OBS
  • Disabled Nvidia Broadcast from running in the background and opened OBS
Hardware Specs:

  • AMD Ryzen 3900x OC 4GHz
  • 64GB DDR4 RAM 3200MHz
  • Windows 11 Pro (v 22H2)
  • Zotac RTX 4090

Notes:

I have attached all three OBS logs from my last three attempts running the application.

UPDATE:

Have uninstalled streamelements and OBS seems to be running perfectly fine for me now. It seems to crash when trying to connect to YouTube for activity feed for some reason.
