Question / Help OBS Crashing, due too encoding errors?

My OBS seems to be crashing while attempting to stream. I believe it to be encoding errors but I cannot seem to pinpoint them, if anyone can help me on this I would much appreciate it!

Update Windows and your video card drivers. This build of Windows is 18 months old at this point, and is known to be problematic when using OBS.
