Bug Report OBS Crashing A Lot

Hi ever since i recently updated my OBS it has been giving me a lot of problems. It keeps crashing for one, i keep getting high encoding problems, and for whatever reason it is heavily impacting my frame rate after about an hour of having it on. My settings haven't changed since i updated so im not sure why im having problems.

Check the stickies at the top of the forum and post a normal log file as well. If you haven't already you should also configure OBS to run on your NVIDIA GPU, and avoid using monitor capture entirely - https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/laptop-black-screen-when-capturing-read-here-first.5965/
