Bug Report OBS crashes when starting record, using AMD H264/AVC Encoder, after update to 25.0.1

Hello,

I've just updated OBS to version 25.0.1, and the application always crashes when i click on "Start recording", whereas it worked perfectly well before.
It only happens using the AMD H264/AVC Encoder : when i switch to the x264 encoder, the video is successfully recorded.

I checked my graphic card pilot and it's now up to date (thanks for that!), but the problem remains.

I guess this is some compatibility problem with AMD graphic cards with the new OBS version ; if you have any idea to fix this, thank you !

(I hope i didn't miss any obvious trivial check and that it could eventually help further development.)

Looks like you have a mix of AMD driver versions installed which is crashing things. Try a clean install.
