OBS Crashes when I want to add a Video Capture Device

Every time I want to add my Capturecard my OBS crashes. I tryed reintalling didnt help and I couldt find something online so now I aks here for help.

This problem is usually caused by the graphics card drivers. Update your drivers to the latest version or 522.25
