Every time I want to add my Capturecard my OBS crashes. I tryed reintalling didnt help and I couldt find something online so now I aks here for help.

I just want to say that, I got myself a USB 3.0 capture card HDMI input and output, the thing is. Everything works, OBS detects it but.. when i stream/record the gameplay comes out as a big mess it has like little stutters, OBS says that it works on 60fps but recording looks like there is 20/30...
