Bug Report OBS-Crashes when i start the stream or recording

HI!
Every time i start the stream or start recording with OBS it crashes and on the screen it appears " wopps, OBS crashed..........". I have tried to run it with windows 7 and so on, i have even re-install it and it still give me the same crash report.

I forgot to say that i did that yesterday. It was the first thing i tested and it still did'nt help will try again see if it works

People reported they were successful in avoiding this crash by completely uninstalling the Intel iGPU drivers but not reinstalling them. Keep only the AMD drivers. Only useful of course, if you don't have any monitor connected to your Intel iGPU.

Hey!
I tested to change the encoder to x264 from hardware AMD and the stream worked.
But now when i stream rainbow six siege the stream start to lag, its unwatchable
