OBS crashed on startup, recently instaled

I cannot run OBS in my pc i downloaded and installed it and crash when i try to open, please help me, i need it!

This crash is deep within AMD's graphics driver. I'd recommend reinstalling your graphics drivers. Ideally first use the AMD Cleanup Utility.
