With hidden files shown file assassin still does not detect c:\progra~3\browse~1\261249~1.132\{c16c1~1\browse~1.dll

The crash log is incomplete, are you sure you pasted everything?

Can you try running 64bit OBS instead of 32bit one?

Yeah i feel dumb for just clicking on the shortcut.... but yeah 64 bit works perfectly fine.
