Bug Report OBS crash that happens about once per stream. d3d11.dll

OBS seems to crash about once per stream for me but it will happen even if I'm not streaming as well (it has happened when just in preview mode before). I am unsure of the cause but it is quite annoying as it causes basically any viewers I have to leave when it happens.

I have tried to look up other similar crash reoprts for OBS but the only one I can find is this one: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/crash-log-d3d11-dll.10697/

And there is no answer on whether he fixed his crash problem or how.

here are the two most recent crash logs but I can't seems to upload the minidumps of the logs because they exceed the 1mb file size limit.

Code:
OBS has encountered an unhandled exception and has terminated. If you are able to
reproduce this crash, please submit this crash report on the forums at
https://obsproject.com/ - include the contents of this crash log and the
minidump .dmp file (if available) as well as your regular OBS log files and
a description of what you were doing at the time of the crash.

This crash appears to have occured in the 'c:\windows\system32\d3d11.dll' module.

Add OBS to the DXTory ignore list.

R1CH, I am not sure why it is reporting an issue with Dxtory as it is added the the ignore list at file path C:\Program Files\OBS\obs.exe. If I am supposed to add a different executable instead(or with) could you please tell me which one. Also these crashes have been happening related to the d3d11.dll for several weeks before I started using Dxtory since I have only installed Dxtory in the last 2 days.

Harold, I use a Logitech HD c920 webcam for my video capture and a Nvidia GTX 970 for game capture. Link to the c920: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006JH8T3S/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Upon using the OBS Log Analyzer on one of the logs I got both of there major warnings.
Code:
Hook conflict with RzDspSrv.dll
Game capture detected a hook conflict with a file called RzDspSrv.dll. This may result in games crashing or a black screen when using game capture. Try to identify the the application (the full path is \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Program Files (x86)\Razer\InGameEngine\32bit\RzDspSrv.dll) and either close it or configure it not to hook your game. Note that some video drivers may install hooks for Stereo 3D, SLI or other purposes.

Hook conflict with DxtoryMM.dll
Game capture detected a hook conflict with a file called DxtoryMM.dll. This may result in games crashing or a black screen when using game capture. Try to identify the the application (the full path is \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Program Files (x86)\ExKode\Dxtory2.0\DxtoryMM.dll) and either close it or configure it not to hook your game. Note that some video drivers may install hooks for Stereo 3D, SLI or other purposes.

I am unsure about what to do about the Dxtory hook issue (if you have any ideas R1CH) and I will probably just stop using it for now. But as for the Razor Comms issue I looked it up and found out that the overlay causes hook problems and I had no clue. I do not know if this is related to the d3d11.dll issue (I hope that this was the problem) but at the very least I will shut down Razor Comms before running OBS now.

Do you think that Razor Comms could have been the Issue for the d3d11.dll problem R1CH? I am unsure how all of the DLL files interact with other programs and if they could possibly be connected.

That would be the location to the 64-bit OBS, the crashlog is from 32-bit OBS.

That can't be right Osiris. I believe you that it says that, but I have never once launched the 32-bit version of OBS. I only launch OBS from my shortcut to it and I just checked it is the 64-bit version 'Open Broadcaster Software v0.657b - 64bit' is what it says at the top. I even checked the the 32-bit installation folder and none of my plugins are installed there that I use; they are only in the 64-bit directory.

Just to be sure I launched the 32-bit version and it immediately told me that all of my plugins had updates and when I looked at some of my scenes my animated background for my lobby and waiting scene was missing. I would have noticed at once if that was the case. I'm not sure why the crashlog says it is from the 32-bit version but I am positive that I am using the 64-bit version and have only ever used it.
